Job Description

Line One is currently hiring Call Centre Agents – Technical Support to join its growing remote team. This role is based remotely in Calgary, Alberta, and offers flexible scheduling with opportunities for career growth.

  • Location: Remote (based in Calgary, AB)
  • Employment type: Permanent
  • Schedule: Part-time leading to full-time
  • Shifts: Early morning, morning, day, evening, night, weekend, shift work
  • Start date: As soon as possible

  • Salary: $18.00 per hour, 25 to 40 hours per week

  • Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience
  • 1 to less than 2 years of experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to users experiencing computer or network issues
  • Provide business systems, network, and internet support
  • Research and implement solutions using technical manuals and user guides
  • Report on the performance of computer systems and networks
  • Maintain logs of problems and solutions for team reference
  • Set up and configure equipment, software, and operating systems
  • Deliver high-quality customer service
