🎓 Qualifications
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 1 to less than 2 years in a similar role
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Direct, plan, and control daily store operations
- Evaluate daily operational performance
- Manage staff and assign tasks
- Decide on products and services to sell
- Source, select, and manage merchandise for resale
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Determine staffing requirements
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and supply shortages
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff
